When you contact the studio

The enquiry form collects your name, email address and message. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and are sent to the studio using Resend, our email delivery provider. We also use your email address to send an automatic acknowledgement.

The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database or create a visitor account. Messages are received in the studio’s mailbox. The delivery and hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver messages and operate the service.

For basic spam protection, the server temporarily keeps a hashed network address and request count in memory. These counters expire after ten minutes and are not used for advertising.
